What is an Asset Library?
Think of an asset library as your personal photo album. In your asset library, we store all of your photos and video that we’ll use for your content. Recently had an event? No problem, you’ll have access to this library too and can drop/remove photos or videos whenever you’d like.
Do I have to have my own photos/videos?
Not necessarily, we do have a nearly unlimited stock library. However, using only stock content will only go so far for your audience. Depending on your business, we highly recommend a library of photos/videos that are specific to your company or team. This allows us to create quality and effective content for your online presence. Don’t know where to start? We can help you with this!
Where do you get the content/visuals?
It depends on how much content the client has already. Some have a lot we can work with and some have little to none. With clients that have a lot of content, we will utilize this nearly exclusively! For those that don’t have much, we pick the best stock photos and use graphic design to create compelling content within your brand.
How do you create your content?
Once you sign up, you’ll complete a very detailed questionnaire which gives us the information we need about your company and audience + any ideas you already have for posts. We’ll review your website or other platforms you’ve been using, do additional research on your industry and use trends to curate custom content for each client. Remember, we never post without your approval first.
Do I have to commit to a contract?
Nope! However, we strongly encourage a 4-6 month commitment (at a minimum) in order to track your progress and consistency. Consistency is crucial in social media!
How do the passwords work?
We use a safe password sharing platform that is easy to use. This will be included in your onboarding.
Can I still post to my accounts myself?
Of course! We love when our clients add their own content when they want to. It’s up to you how much you’d like to be involved on your platform. But if you’re simply too busy or don’t want to do anything on social media, know that we’ll be taking care of your accounts!
Will you gain followers to my accounts?
That is one of our goals! But our method is for real, organic followers. Quality over quantity — no bots or fake followers! Anyone can buy followers but if you’re looking for real and an engaged audience — that’s what we do!
What do you need from me each month?
In addition to payment, we will just need your approval for all content. All content is sent to you at one time for you to simply review & approve! If there are any edits that need to be made, we will make them within 24 hours for your approval.
